Cancellations &  Refunds

We strive to provide the highest level of service to our players and parents. Should the need arise to cancel for a given session, please follow the instructions below. We are always available for questions via email

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

All player cancellations must be submitted in writing via email within 45 days of the start date for any league, camp, clinic, or other Texas Star Sports-hosted activity. 

REFUNDS

Upon approval from Texas Star Sports, refunds will be issued within 10 days based on the following:

  • Within 20 days: Any practices or games are prorated deducted from your registration fee.
  • 21-30 days: 25% from registration fee
  • 31-45 days: 50% from registration fee
  • After 45 days: no refund 

PAYMENTS

Texas Star Sports offers secure, online payment through SquareSpace. We accept all major credit cards.
